Tarn takes 3% of each booking, stepping down to 2% as your volume grows. There's no monthly subscription, no setup fee, and every feature is included on every account. If anything about the pricing is unclear, ask and you'll get a straight answer.
Card processing goes to Stripe, not Tarn: 2.9% + 30¢ per charge, on your own Stripe account. Tarn never marks it up. With Tarn's fee, the total is 5.9% to start and 4.9% at volume.
