Put it on your site
Add a Book Now button, or put the booking calendar right on a page. Settings → Widget also gives you a direct link to share on social media or in an email.
Full trips get a waitlist
When a trip fills up, guests can join the waitlist, and they'll get an email if a seat opens.
A deposit holds the seat
Turn on Require Deposit and set it as a percentage or a dollar amount. Guests booking close to the trip pay in full, and you choose how close.
One link for everything after
Every confirmation has a Manage booking link, where guests can see their trip, pay the balance, and sign their waiver.

Does it work on my existing website?
Yes. It works on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or a custom-built site: anywhere you can paste a short piece of code. Your domain, photos, and search rankings stay put.
What stops a double booking?
Every departure has a set number of seats, and online booking sells against the live count, including bookings your office takes by phone.
Can I stop online bookings close to departure?
Yes. Set a booking deadline in hours for each activity, and a cutoff for each departure time. Bookings your office enters skip the cutoff, so you can still fill a last-minute seat.
Do guests need an account?
No. They book, pay, sign, and check their details from the links in their email, with nothing to install.
