Your guests book on your site, not ours. Drop two lines of code on any page and Tarn shows real departures with real seat counts, takes the deposit, and sends the confirmation. Full trips offer a waitlist. Half-finished bookings get a nudge. After booking, every guest has one link to pay, sign, and check the details, with no account and nothing to install.
Embed it your way
Settings → Widget gives you a Book Now button that opens a lightbox, an inline booking flow, an inline calendar for one activity, or a direct link for socials and email. Any site that accepts custom HTML works.
Live seat counts
Capacity is tracked per departure and updates as bookings land, including the ones your office enters by phone. A full departure shows as full and offers Join Waitlist instead of a sale you can't staff.
The deposit holds the seat
Turn on Require Deposit per activity as a percentage or a fixed amount. Inside your full payment window, guests pay in full. Either way the confirmation goes out the moment the payment lands.
Ask what you need to know
Custom booking questions show up at checkout under Additional Information. Make them required to block the booking until answered, or per participant so each guest answers on their waiver.
One link for the guest
The confirmation carries a Manage booking link. From it the guest sees the trip details, pays a remaining balance, and signs the waiver. No login, no app.
Recover the almost-booked
A guest who picks a trip and enters an email but stops gets one 'Complete your booking' email within a day. Add a discount to the follow-up if you want, from 6 hours to 3 days later.

Yes. Tarn embeds on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or a hand-built site, anywhere you can paste a script tag and a button. Your domain, your photos, your SEO stay put.
What stops a double booking?
Every departure has a capacity, and the widget sells against the live count, including bookings your office enters. When it's full, it says full and offers the waitlist.
Can I stop online bookings close to departure?
Set a booking deadline in hours per activity, and a cutoff per departure time. Phone bookings from the office ignore the cutoff, so you can still fill a seat at the ramp.
Do guests need an account?
No. They book, pay, sign, and check details from the links in their email. Nothing to install.
