Get paid on your own Stripe account.
Deposits at booking, balances from a link, group payments that split themselves, and refunds in one click. The money lands in your account on Stripe's schedule.
Tarn never holds your money. Every card payment routes straight to the Stripe account you connect in a couple of minutes, and the platform fee comes out of the charge itself. Take the deposit at booking, send one link for the balance, let a group split the bill, and record the cash and checks next to the card payments so the booking always shows what's owed.
Your Stripe, your payouts
Settings → Payments → Set up Stripe connects a Stripe account without leaving Tarn. Payouts land in your bank on Stripe's schedule. Disconnect any time and your payment history stays.
Deposits that confirm
Require Deposit per activity, as a percentage or a fixed amount, with a full payment window for trips close to departure. The deposit confirms the booking and sends the confirmation.
The balance, from a link
Send Payment Request emails the guest the amount due with a pay button. On the page they can pay the full balance, a per-person share, or a custom amount. Anyone with the link can pay, and overpaying is blocked.
Groups that split the bill
The same page lets each friend pay for the people they're paying for. Every payer gets their own line on the booking, and the organizer stops fronting the trip.
Cash, check, and card from the booking
Record Payment takes Credit Card, Cash, or Check. Card payments run right there. With the guest's consent you can keep a card on file and charge the balance later without calling them back.
Refunds in one click
Refund any payment in full or in part, with a reason. Card refunds go back through Stripe. The booking keeps the cancelled and refunded history so your reports still add up.

- Refunds and cancellations are yours to decide. The cancellation policy is shown and agreed to at checkout, not enforced automatically.
Who pays the fees?
Your call, in Settings → Payments. Include the platform fee in your prices, add it at checkout as a booking fee, or split it. Card processing works the same way, minus the split. Guests see one Booking fee line.
When do I get paid?
When the card is charged, the money goes to your Stripe account in the same transaction. Stripe pays out to your bank on its normal rolling schedule.
Can a group pay separately?
Yes. Send one payment link. Each person opens it, picks how many they're paying for, and pays their share. The booking shows every payment and what's still owed.
What happens on a chargeback?
Tarn flags the booking and sends you an urgent notification, and the dispute runs between you and Stripe. The booking's waiver and payment history are right there for the evidence.
