Yes. Enter the booking while you're on the call, then text or email the guest a link to pay. Their deposit confirms the trip.
Can I keep using my own website?
Yes. The booking page goes on the site you already have, and payments run through your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank.
What does it cost in the off-season?
Nothing. There's no monthly fee, and Tarn only takes its fee when a guest pays, so a month with no trips costs $0.
