Can guests see open seats before they book?
Yes. The booking page shows the seats left on each departure and updates as bookings come in, including the ones your office takes by phone.
How do waivers work for minors?
Everyone signs from the same link. A parent or guardian signs for anyone under 18, and the manifest shows who's signed.
What does Tarn cost a seasonal rafting company?
There's no monthly fee. Tarn's fee is 3% per booking, dropping to 2% with volume, so the months you're closed cost nothing.
