Your booking page shows real seats on real trips, never more than you can staff. The guest picks a time, pays a deposit, and the seats come off sale everywhere at once. You find out over breakfast.

Real-time availability. Guests see open seats, never a double-booked boat.

Deposits hold the seat. A paid deposit turns a maybe into a booking, and guests with skin in the game show up.

Quotes that don't hold seats. Price a group without pulling seats off sale. Payment confirms the trip and claims the spots.

Step 2 · Before the trip

The week before runs itself.

The moment the deposit lands, Tarn takes over the follow-up: waiver requests go out, reminders escalate as the trip nears, and the balance gets paid from a secure link. Guests handle all of it from one link: no account, no app, no calls to the shop.

Waivers, requested automatically. Every confirmed booking carries its waiver link, and every guest in the party signs their own from it, not just the person who booked.

Every guest who signed a waiver is now on your list, not just the one who paid. The morning after, Tarn asks each of them for the review while the trip is still the best thing that happened all summer. Their history stays on one record, searchable seasons later, and exportable the day you want it somewhere else.
