The product

One system for the whole day.

This page follows one booking from the first click to the takeout — what Tarn does at every step, and what you never have to do again.

Step 1 · The booking

A guest finds you at 9 PM. By 9:04 they're booked.

Your booking page shows real seats on real trips — never more than you can staff. The guest picks a time, pays a deposit, and the seats come off sale everywhere at once. You find out over breakfast.

Real-time availability. Guests see open seats, never a double-booked boat.
Deposits hold the seat. A paid deposit turns a maybe into a booking — and guests with skin in the game show up.
Quotes that don't hold seats. Price a group without pulling seats off sale — payment confirms the trip and claims the spots.
Cart recovery. A booking left half-finished gets an automatic nudge to come back and complete it.

Step 2 · Before the trip

The week before runs itself.

The moment the deposit lands, Tarn takes over the follow-up: waiver requests go out, reminders escalate as the trip nears, and the balance gets paid from a secure link. Guests handle all of it from one link — no account, no app, no calls to the shop.

Waivers, requested automatically. Every booking triggers a waiver request — and every guest in the party gets their own link, not just the person who booked.
Reminders that escalate. Waiver and balance nudges go out on their own as the trip nears — nobody chases.
Balances paid online. Guests settle up from a secure link before departure; you see what's outstanding, by trip.
Guest self-service. One link to pay, sign, and check trip details. No account needed.
Two-way texting. Text a running-late guest straight from the booking and see the reply on the manifest.

Step 3 · Trip day

Open the manifest. Make the call. Launch.

The morning's already assembled: guest counts, guide assignments, meeting spots, and live conditions on every departure. The go/no-go is one glance — and the shop, the guides, and the guests are all looking at the same information.

One-tap manifest. Guest counts, guides, and put-ins ready for the day.
Guide assignments. Assign guides per departure — everyone gets a clean manifest each morning.
Live conditions. River flow and put-in weather pinned to every trip — you make the call.
Meeting locations. Every trip carries its put-in and a directions link guests and guides can trust.

Step 4 · After the takeout

The trip ends. The relationship doesn't.

Every guest who signed a waiver is now on your list — not just the one who paid. The morning after, Tarn asks each of them for the review while the trip is still the best thing that happened all summer. Their history stays on one record, searchable seasons later, and exportable the day you want it somewhere else.

Every signer becomes a contact. A party of five adds five contacts, with a marketing opt-in built into the waiver.
Reviews and follows, asked at the peak. The day after the takeout, every guest gets an automatic email with your Google or TripAdvisor review links — and your socials to follow — while the stoke is still high.
Contacts & history. Every guest, trip, and payment stays on the record, searchable seasons later.
Gift cards & discount codes. Sell gift cards guests can actually redeem at checkout, and run promo codes with amounts, limits, and windows you control.
Yours to export. Bookings, contacts, and waivers export cleanly, anytime.

Everything included

The whole operation, not a piece of it.
