Seven reports, each a CSV away from your accountant.

Revenue collected and outstanding, bookings by status, the daily manifest, guide days and hours, customers by spend, and agent commissions. Filter, then export.

Reports reads live from your bookings, so the number on screen is the number right now. Pick a date range, read it, export it. There's no report builder to learn: seven tabs, each built for one question an outfitter actually asks, and every one of them exports a CSV that matches the filters you set.

How it works

Money

Revenue shows total, collected, and outstanding for a date range, by activity, from confirmed bookings. Bookings shows every booking by status and the funnel from abandoned cart to confirmed.

People

Daily Manifest is the day sheet: departures, guests, waivers pending, and every booking with names and phones. Customers ranks guests by spend for the range. Guides shows days worked, slots guided, and guests per guide.

Payroll and commissions

Payroll turns assignments into hours and estimated gross, with a payroll CSV and a QuickBooks Time CSV. Agents shows bookings, revenue, and commission owed per reseller, locked at the rate in force when each booking was made.

Export what you see

Every tab has a CSV export, and it follows the filters on screen. Dates are ISO, currency is plain numbers, so it opens cleanly in a spreadsheet or your accountant's system.

Good to know
  • Reports are for the Admin role. Office staff run the day from Bookings and the calendar.
  • There's no QuickBooks accounting sync, only CSVs. The Payroll tab's QuickBooks Time file is ready to import.
  • Cancelled bookings don't count toward revenue, even if partly paid. They show up in the Bookings report's status counts.
Common questions

Can I build a custom report?

No. The seven tabs each have a date range (and a guide or activity filter where it helps), and the CSV follows whatever you filtered. Most custom questions are one pivot table away from there.

Does it connect to QuickBooks?

Payroll exports a QuickBooks Time CSV. Revenue and bookings export plain CSVs your bookkeeper can import. There's no live accounting sync.

Can I export my bookings?

Yes, from the Bookings page: the filtered list for the selected year, one row per booking with contact, guests, totals, paid, balance, and status. The Bookings report is the summary by activity.
