Keep every guest, and give them a reason to come back.

Bookings, inquiries, and opted-in waiver signers build your contact list on their own. Gift cards, promo codes, agent links, and the morning-after review email bring them back.

Start free

Every booking, inquiry, and opted-in waiver signer lands in Contacts with their history attached: trips, spend, last visit. Search it from anywhere with ⌘K. Export it to the email tool you already use. Then give people a reason to return: gift cards they can actually redeem at checkout, promo codes with limits you control, a booking link for every reseller, and a review request that goes out while the trip is still the best thing that happened all summer.

How it works

A list that builds itself

Every booking and inquiry creates or updates a contact by email. Waiver signers who tick the opt-in box join too, tagged Email subscribed. Each record shows bookings, total spent, and last trip, with every booking a click away.

Export to your email tool

Contacts → Export gives you a CSV or a Mailchimp-ready file. Filter first and the export follows the filter. Reports → Customers does the same for a date range, with the activities as tags.

Gift cards guests can use

Sold from your booking page or issued by hand with a personal message. Redeemed in the Gift Card or Promo Code field at checkout. Cancel a booking and the credit goes back on the card.

Promo codes with rules

Percent or amount off, max uses, valid dates, valid days of the week, and which activities. Codes apply to the subtotal, never to tax or fees, and are case-insensitive so nobody gets stuck at checkout.

Credit your resellers

Settings → Agents gives each reseller a commission rule and a booking link. Bookings through the link are credited automatically, the rate locks at booking, and the Agents report shows what each one is owed.

Ask for the review at the peak

The morning after each trip, every confirmed booking gets a review email with your Google Business Profile and TripAdvisor buttons. Rewrite the subject, heading, and body at Settings → Email → Review Request.

Good to know
  • Tarn doesn't send campaigns or newsletters. The export is the hand-off to the tool you already pay for.
  • A booking without an email doesn't create a contact, so phone bookings with only a number stay on the booking.
  • The review request needs at least one review link or your website to send; set them once in Settings → Email.
Common questions

Can I email my whole list from Tarn?

Not from Tarn. Export the list (or the filtered part of it) as CSV or in Mailchimp's format and send from there. The export carries the opt-in flag so you can respect it.

Do gift cards expire?

Only if you set an expiration when you issue one. By default they don't. Each card keeps its redemption history, and cancelling a booking puts the credit back.

How do resellers get credit?

Each agent gets their own booking link and commission rule. Bookings through the link credit them automatically; you can also credit an agent by hand on the booking. The Agents report totals what's owed.
