Card processing is separate and goes to Stripe, not Tarn: 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction at Stripe's standard rate, on your own Stripe account. Tarn never marks it up. Add it to the platform fee and your true out-the-door cost is 5.9% at the starting rate, down to 4.9% at volume.

Your rate is set by your trailing 12-month processed volume, and it applies to all of your volume, with no brackets to decode. Cross $250k and your rate drops to 2.5%; cross $1M and it drops to 2%. Tarn moves your rate down automatically; you never have to ask for it.

Your call. Absorb the platform fee in your listed prices, add it at checkout as a booking fee, or split it 50/50. It's one setting.

At the moment your guest's card is charged. Stripe splits Tarn's fee out of the payment itself, and the rest settles straight to your account. No month-end invoice, and nothing is ever debited from your bank account later, the way some legacy systems collect their percentage.
