Each booking has one waiver link, and every guest signs their own. The person who booked gets reminders until everyone has, and the manifest shows who's left.
The waiver link goes out with the confirmation. One link covers the whole party, each guest signs with their own name, and a parent or guardian signs for anyone under 18.

As the trip gets closer, the person who booked gets an email, then a text if you've turned texting on, and your guides get a push. It all stops when the last guest signs.
Each signature keeps your wording
Write your waivers in Settings → Waivers & Policies, and give each activity its own or none at all. Every signature keeps the exact wording, the time, the IP address, and the device, with a PDF any time.

The booking shows 2 of 4 signed, and the Daily Manifest counts the waivers still pending for the day.

Connect your Smartwaiver account with an API key. Guests still use the waiver link in your Tarn emails, and each signature lands on the right booking.

What if someone shows up unsigned?
Open the booking on your phone and tap Send Waiver Request, or copy the link and text it. They sign on their own phone and the manifest updates. If they sign on paper, record it on the booking.
Can I use my own waiver text?
Yes. New signatures use the new wording right away, and old signatures keep the wording they signed.
Is a typed signature enforceable?
Tarn records the typed name, the exact text, the time, the IP address, and the device, and makes a PDF on demand. Check with your insurer, though most accept e-signatures with that record.
