Your whole year happens in a few winter months, so every departure needs to run full. Tarn sells each tour against your sleds and puts the forecast at your staging area next to the day's trips.
Departures capped at your sleds
Sell each tour against the sleds you can put on the trail. The booking page shows the seats left and closes a tour when the fleet's out.
Waivers signed before anyone shows up
The waiver link goes out with the confirmation, and the person who booked gets reminders until everyone has signed. The manifest shows who's still missing one.
Weather at your staging area
The forecast at your meeting spot shows up on the dashboard next to today's tours.
Guests pay and sign on their own
Whoever booked gets one link to see the trip, pay the balance, and pass the waiver to the group. A group can split the bill, so the organizer isn't covering everyone.

Can we add departures during holiday weeks?
Yes. Change the schedule anytime, and the booking page sells the new departures right away.
What does the fee look like in a big season?
Tarn's fee is 3% per booking. It drops to 2.5% past $250K over the last 12 months and to 2% past $1M, and card processing goes to Stripe at cost.
Can I keep using my own website?
Yes. The booking page goes on the site you already have, and payments run through your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank.
